We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our merchandise. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have a comprehensive Return, Replacement, and Refund policy in place to assist you.

In case of any damage or dissatisfaction with the merchandise, you have the option to return it, exchange it for a different color, size, or style. Upon successful submission of your return/exchange/refund request, our team will review it. If approved, our courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the order on the specified date and time, subject to availability.

Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and meets the required quality parameters, the refund will be processed. Please note that the refund will be issued in the form of store credits for the items only. Other fees such as shipping charges and COD service charges will not be refunded.

The entire process, from merchandise pickup to credit for exchange, typically takes 7-15 business days. After receiving and inspecting your exchange item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange request.

Terms & Conditions

The right to return is valid for two days from the date of delivery. A fee of ₹120 must be paid upon delivery for exchanges or returns.
For hygiene purposes, all items must be disinfected and dry cleaned before exchange. Exchanged items should be undamaged, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with labels intact.
We encourage you to try on the item, but please handle it with care to avoid any damage. Please ensure that the package includes the original invoice. If you wish to return an item that came with a free gift or offer, both the main item and the gift item must be returned to receive the appropriate refund.
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify our company within 24 hours of receipt. We may request pictures of the tampered or damaged areas on the product. When returning the item, please ensure it is securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. Any exchange item that fails to meet the specified conditions or does not pass our quality inspection will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.
